The bedroom has a QS antique bed with a beautiful rose patterned quilt and matching pillows. Large Continental Pillows provide extra comfort, electric blankets for winter and 2 pretty lamps on the matching side bed tables finish the room. A window overlooks the Cottage garden and provides a lovely frame for the retreat available to you!

Alice Cottage is totally private, with its own entrance, and attached to the North-East end of Wisteria House. There is a comfortable lounge room, beautiful bedroom, magnificent large, new Art Deco bathroom to enjoy, well-equipped kitchen, small laundry and a private Tuscany style courtyard with outdoor table setting to ensure the perfect stay for couples or families. The Courtyard offers maximum private relaxation and is great to have a drink with friends in to visit you. The laundry has a tub and stores extra garden seating etc, to ensure a great stay. The lounge room also offers a sofa that becomes a double daynite sofa to accommodate children’s stay.

Children are most welcome to stay in the Alice Cottage and the cottage garden at the front of the cottage along with the private Courtyard lend themselves to ensuring children enjoy their stay.

The kitchen has a table setting, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and many other utensils. Full china settings, glasses, cutlery, serving dishes and lots of other extras! A Continental breakfast is provided, waiting for you, to be enjoyed privately in your own kitchen at a time that suits you if you wish to sleep in. This breakfast includes: Choice of Cereals, Bowl of Preserved Fruit, Yogurt, Fruit Juice, Milk, Toast, Muffins, Choice of Preserves, Tea and Coffee.

Your private courtyard is situated right outside the kitchen door to ensure meals are relaxed.

Alice Cottage also offers a private Tuscany styled courtyard with a table setting that is perfect for relaxing in....read a book, sip a glass of wine! Also, under special circumstances, and ONLY by arrangement, small “well behaved” dogs are also welcome with Guests staying in Alice Cottage.....as long as special Doggy rules are followed !

With a separate entrance down a slate pathway bordered by a Heritage 100 year old Cypress Hedge, you will not hear any traffic noises to disturb your peace and quiet.....the world can simply pass you by. Alice Cottage is totally private and cosy, featuring a cottage garden and fish-pond outside the front door along with another seating area and three garden arches with roses to enjoy.

In the lounge is a comfortable 'day-nite' couch that easily converts to a double bed, accommodating another couple or children.
